Didn’t want to be conspicuous riding my e bike around town commuting to work everyday. So I blacked it out. Hoping thieves just think it’s a cheap city bike and leave me alone. I recently had the pleasure of testing out the JAVIGA Purple Permanent Vinyl, a 12" x 40 FT glossy adhesive vinyl roll, with both my Cricut Maker 3 and Vevor sign maker/plotter. The media could not be loaded. Javiga - I would purchase all colors again except Green and Pink. Cutting - I had no issues with the vinyl in these colors (yellow and orange). I had minor issues with two of the remaining colors (Grey and Green). I had major issues with the final color (Pink) The Grey one the paperbacking tore off when I was trying to get it off the cutting mat. The green vinyl had tape holding the vinyl roll together that left a residue. I had to "pick" off the tape residue which was annoying; however, the vinyl wasn't ruined. The green roll came with a crooked cut across the top leaving a segment of the roll unusable; however, it wasn't a lot. For some reason, I had to attempt several times to cut out the word "wet" from the green vinyl. It just kept ruining the W in the word Wet. I don't know why but when the cricut was trying to cut this one word it pulled up the "w" 5 times out of 7 attempts. I think this green one isn't really that sticky and thus is just pulling up from the backing. I believe this is a fault with the green roll that it just isn't sticky enough.So for that roll I just had to keep trying. I finally got it to work when cutting the "W" out. However, the Pink was the absolute worst because the issues were in the manufacturing of the product and weren't "fixable". The Pink vinyl roll arrived with bubble creases all throughout the roll. It appeared that the vinyl was not adhering to the backing in lots of places. This was apparent when the cricut cut the pink vinyl because the image did not stay adhered to the backing and the image was unuseable (see photos). Removing Image and Placing it on Product - I had no issues with any of the colors, except Green. The roll of green vinyl was super difficult to get it to stick to the product. I go back to the problem I had with this image cutting out on the cricut. Just like it wouldn't adhere to the backing of the roll, it also wouldn't adhere to the product I was putting the vinyl on. All other rolls worked fine, just major issues with the stickiness of the green and thus it took me far to long to get it to adhere to the project. Adhesion - Again, I had no issues with most of the vinyl colors in this line. I used transfer tape and all images easily bonded and stayed attached to the item I was putting them on with the exception of adhesion for the Green roll. It just wasn't sticky enough. Durability - While burnishing the vinyl down to the individual items, I saw no wear and tear of the vinyl. No color was removed. Vinyl didn't stretch or break. As far as durability after washing and/or after outdoor exposure I can't speak to that as not enough time has transpired to adequately judge that. Javiga Colors - Yellow...I like this color but it isn't a bright sunny yellow. I would classify it more as a mustard yellow. Orange... This is a true pumpkin ornage. This is not florescent orange or safety cone orange. This is true fall/halloween pumpkin orange. Grey... This was a standard light grey. Green... This is very much a Kelly Green. This is a bright and vibrant green. To me the photo looked like it would have a little more dark forest color in it; however, it does not. It is definintely 100% Kelly Green Pink...The color surprised me a bit based on the photo. I would say in reality this looks more like a flourescent pink. Based on the photo I was thinking it was going to be more of a bubble gum pink, but in reality it looks more like a flourescent pink from the 80s. ... show more

I have a silhouette cameo 4 and bought this vinyl roll to make stickers with. The attached picture shows a sticker that I just made for my car, and it came out great! The product is very high quality. It was easy for my silhouette to cut, and easy for me to weed. I didn't have any issues with the vinyl feeding through the machine nor sticking to the mat. I've had this on my car now for about a week, so it hasn't been on for very long, and is still a little bit early to comment on the longevity. However, I can say that until now the adhesion is wonderful and I haven't seen any signs of this decal coming off. I'm very pleased with the final result and I'm glad to have lots still left on the roll to make more stickers with. If I continue to have this much success with it, I'll definitely buy more because it's a much better value than buying any of the craft and hobby store brands. Permanent vinyl and HTV is so expensive, so being able to get a whole roll of this product is a big value. I'm learning a few new techniques with my cutter, so I am expecting to make some mistakes, meaning that I'll probably waste some product. I don't feel so bad knowing I didn't spend quite as much as I would have if I had bought this from a hobby store. ... show more
