Very nice skates! These do not look cheap and are very pretty in person. Pictures do not do them justice. Came neatly packaged with each skate in plastic. Nice padding and cute lining on the inside. Wheels roll smoothly. I was impressed.

The quality of laces are keeping these from being 5 starts. The laces are made of some kind of easily ruined material. They get caught/split in the top notches. After 30 years, I've still got it! These roller skates are absolutely precious. Besides the nostalgia and the cuteness, the quality is amazing. The wheels do not catch at all. Perfectly smooth. Easy peasy! The boot is unbelievably comfortable. The holographic material is a head turner for sure. I can't believe the value for the money. I'd easily expect them to cost far more. I bought these because I love the color, it’s true rose gold, intense shine and glitter wheels. With that said, don’t expect great quality, these are made of a plastic bottom, which I don’t think will last very long, but we’ll see. I loosened up the wheels a bit, for a faster ride. They run big, I wear shoe US women’s size 9 and I went by the measurements and sized down and chose a size 8 and they fit perfectly, 9 would have definitely been too big for me. They fit very comfortable and the ties are long enough to tie them perfectly. They work well over a nice smooth skating surface, but not so well in the street or bumpy sidewalks and trails. ... show more
