I’m actually really impressed with this for the price. Because it was so much cheaper than similar printers of different brands I was a bit skeptical but it works exactly as I hoped and it makes good labels. I feel like the print quality varies by label which feels more like the labels fault than the printer. Love the color and setup was easy. It fits great on my desk and is portable which is also very nice. You will need to use your own programs/software to create labels. Both gimp and canva have worked well for me and you can find free templates all over Google or buy some on etsy if you don’t want to make your own designs. ... show more

I saw someone use this thermal printer for their business and immediately bought one. I had it fully set up (including first-time-use jitters) within 30 minutes of opening the box...and printing happens literally in milliseconds. Once I designed my label, I adjusted the inside printer-label-holder-teeth things to be the size to hold my labels, pressed print (after adding the Jaden printer to my computer and adjusting to the size labels I was using), and immediately I had labels for my vanilla extract. The instructions to do this are all very clear and easy to follow. We plan to use it to label baked goods for the Farmer's Market and for personalized goodies for birthday parties next! I couldn't be happier. It's so small and efficient. And best of all, it's a sustainable item that doesn't use ink (just heat) and can be recycled a lot easier than large printers, when it needs to be. ... show more

I use this label to print wirelessly from my phone. I create my label design using Canva and then I import my design into the Jadens Printer software. The software also has the ability for you to create a DIY label and design it within the software however, there are some design limitations with that method and I found it easier to use Canva. Changing the labels or changing the print size is very simple to do. Being able to print my own labels is a huge time saver. I used this printer with silver holographic labels and it worked great. Keep in mind that this inkless printer only prints in black so if you want color, you will need to use a colored sticker or label and print on top of that. This printer works wirelessly via Bluetooth, but you will have to plug the printer into the wall (3-prong outlet) for power. The printer can print in multiple speeds. Figuring out how to work this thing was pretty simple, I watched some videos on here and just worked it out, it is a very simple machine. When first figuring out how to work it, I had unending troubles with the app- it just wouldn’t work. But once I downloaded the software to my laptop, it was so easy and simple to use. It prints in 1-2 seconds. I just connect all the wires to the printer, the wall outlet, and my computer- I download whatever file I need to print, I click it, hit the printer decal and it pops up with the J-D printer option. It is so great, quick and easy. Just does not work with the app, I wouldn’t waste my time trying to figure it out if I was a new buyer reading this. ... show more

Does a beautiful job for shipping labels but will not do fine printing. Just in case you think you could print out a return receipt with this, you can't . It does not do small fine printing.

I don’t use bluetooth and I’m not even sure if this product has that capability. I plug it into my laptop and use it for ebay labels. It’s so eat, fast and efficient! I wish it came with more sample labels though. The driver is updated. I bought one in Feb with an outdated driver that could not be updated. In otherwise was an obsolete product. That was one of many Amazon disappointments. But this one I’m happy with and the price was fair. ... show more
