This is a great product. As a small business owner, I've used a well known name brand thermal printer for years. It's great, but it's not the wireless version. I wasn't crazy about dropping $200+ for the same printer just to have it wireless, so I've been waiting for the right opportunity. This printer is under $100 and is perfect for our needs. * easy installation -- pull up a browser and navigate to the install file, install and print a test page, the whole process took me less than 5 minutes * remote printing -- apparently this works via bluetooth, so I'm guessing I have to keep bluetooth enabled on my laptop, which is fine * easy on-demand label printing -- now I just generate a label and print wirelessly, so far no issues * dark printing -- our last thermal printer generated labels that were somewhat faded, but this one has super dark printing (using the same labels) To summarize, this is a great printer and I recommend it for folks who want to print from a Windows laptop. ... show more

I got this printer for my small business. I was hesitant first because I’ve never used a thermal printer before so this was all new But this thing is so easy to use. The app works fine. I haven’t had any issues with connecting or anything. It’s a great little printer and perfect for anybody with a small business or someone who’s printing a lot of labels. I definitely recommend it. I’ve heard about this printer for some time (all good things) and I have to say the people did not disappoint. This printer is a GAME CHANGER!!! Printing straight from the phone is chef’s kiss! Set up very easy and even comes with label holder and labels . Glad I made the switch to Jaden’s!!

    • Amazing item with a caveat!

I always wanted a label maker because I ship packages more often than not and I wanted something that was quick and easy instead of writing an address in marker or printing it out on paper and taping it to my packages. This thing prints very fast and the quality of the printouts are great! The fact that I don't need to even worry about ink because it's a thermal printer is also a huge bonus! The only caveat is that I had such a hard time trying to connect this printer to my desktop via bluetooth. I am pretty tech savvy and I read and watched all sorts of tutorials but for some reason it was never compatible or my computer's bluetooth would not even detect it when trying to pair. I even downloaded drivers from their website hoping the updated one would work but it did not. However, the workaround for this was just to download the app on my phone and I feel that it was probably the best way to do printouts anyways as I can edit the size, layout, and print quality through the app very easily. The app has no problems connecting to the printer via bluetooth so if you have issues like me, you can always just use the app! ... show more
