I first was introduced to this flavor of beef jerky around 2001. At first bite it was instant LOVE and I was hooked. For the longest time I would buy this at different grocery stores. That was until about 9 Months ago, the store that I usually bought this product at was sold out of it. And that is when the problem started. Sometimes they had the product and sometimes they did not. That led me on a hunt for a store that sold this jerky in the 5.85oz size. Most often it was a hit and miss at different stores for the elusive hunt of this sweet and savory jerky. I was exhausted driving all around my city and the city next to me looking for this jerky at the 5.58oz size. That is when I looked here at Amazon and sure enough Amazon had it. Due to my subscription service I signed up with Amazon and Jack Link's I have this delivered to my house once a month. Also since it is a subscription service that delivered every Month on the First I was given a DISCOUNT off the full price of the delivery. If I buy this 5.58oz package from the grocery store I pay about $10.00 plus tax for just one bag. Since I now have a subscription for auto delivery my cost now is about $8.00 per 5.58oz bag. If I had known that Amazon has this jerky and I get a discount due to my subscription, I would of ordered a subscription to this jerky 9 Months ago when I first was having problems finding this size in the store. My delivery was on time and the jerky was awesome. Thanks to Amazon and Jack Link's, I now look forward every month for my delivery of this Sweet and savory jerky. ... show more

Flavor Name: Teriyaki Tender Bites
These are fine, but I like the jerky style better. Something is super satisfying about biting into a strip of jerky. Jack Links makes good jerky. And these bites will work in a pinch, but I’ll be buying the jerky from now on.

My dog doesn't eat dog food. Jack Links are his favorite "treat", as well as mine. The price is fantastic compared to the grocery stores. I love that you can get a deal for scheduling deliveries monthly. I'd take them weekly if I could.

it's super good and it's chewable unlike some other beef jerky, but one of the things i am disappointed about is how much air is in the bag. The picture will make you think you're getting a full bag of beef jerky, but when you receive it, it's literally half a bag, which sucks because it's so good that you can easily end up eating the whole bag... The other thing i am disappointed about is the jalapeno taste not being strong enough. Tbh, it didn't taste like jalapeno at all. It tastes more like a sweet and spicy teriyaki sauce.... ... show more

This is a quality beef jerky. My issue is that the sweetness is too much and completely overpowers the flavor of the beef to the extent it tastes more like chewy candy than beef jerky. No thanks — I’m a beef lover, not a candy junkie. In looking at the ingredients I noticed of the top 5 major ingredients TWO of them are sugar and brown sugar, which pretty much explains the flavor right there. I’ll look to see if they have a reduced-sugar variety but if not I can’t eat this anymore, which is too bad because if they cut the sugar down by half I think this could be very good. ... show more
