I have used tons of chapsticks, lip balms and other, this brand is the best. You only have to use it once or twice a day; it’s that rich. The price may seem a little high for lip balm but it is truly worth it!

I gotta say, I'm reading through some of the other reviews while heading to make my own and the hype is real and legit with this stuff. I know it's "only lip balm" but let me tell you, I have used Burt's Bees for years and loved it... thought it was the best of the best and worth the 3$+ a tube pricetag... and I still think it is... but this Jack Black balm is a cut above. With consistent use over the years, several times a day of the Burt's Bees my lips would still occasionally get so dry I could rub them and get some flaking/dry stuff. NOT WITH JACK BLACK BALM!! I was sort of surprised at how good this stuff was. I expected it to be comparable to Burt's, but my lips do not get that occasional dryness anymore. And considering it's the same price per oz. as a tube of Burt's, totally worth it in my book. I still love Burt's and use what tubes I have left occasionally, but my new fav and preferred is Jack Black. And now let's talk about the scents. THE SMELL, YOU GUYS!! The lemon one smells like lemon cake (my personal fav so far...) the blackberry one, equally delicious smelling. I just ordered the ginger one and expect it to smell fantastic too. Love the SPF factor as well so all in all fantastic lip balm, fantastic scents, fantastic sun protection. I dunno, maybe it's this crazy 2020 and why I'm so excited about a lip balm but it's definitely worth the hype, people. You get what you pay for with lip protection. ... show more
