I absolutely hate this POS! It doesn't fit properly. I've tried all the pieces that go in your ear and they are all the same, except that the one that has the little hook to go over your ear is painful to wear after about 30 minutes. It won't stay securely in my ear and every time I try to adjust it, I end up hanging up on the call I'm on because the little button for answering and hanging up is impossible to not touch if you want to adjust the earpiece.
