    • These are a STEAL. You are getting a hot deal for $150+ headphones.
I know people are usually hesitant to buy used or renewed products, but I bought these in April 2021 and they are FANTASTIC!!! Roughly a 2-year lifespan with several benefits. ANC: The audio canceling is great, and the fact that you can turn on "HearThrough" mode if you want to hear noises outside of the earbuds is SUPER helpful for a work environment, or for people like me sometimes who struggle to breath when they can't hear what is outside of them. Let me tell ya, when they say these are noise-canceling, they are NOT kidding. My boss once had to yell my name very loud from across the warehouse for me to even realize there was any outside sound, and he yells loud. Sound Quality: The sound quality, I've found, is fantastic. I love the bass on these bad boys, and was very rarely disappointed at the audio quality (which is easily fixed by adjusting settings in the app). Unless you're an audiophile or hate bass, you will love the sound quality. There is also LOTS of customization. You can freely adjust the bass, treble, middle, etc, to fit your needs. Battery: The lifetime is fantastic! Though I did have some issues with the automatic power off when put in the case, and with case battery life near the end of my 2-year use, the battery life is super for most of the time you use these. Just enough battery to either get you through an entire 8 hour shift, or almost there. If you put them in the case while you eat or do other things, guaranteed to get you through the day on a single charge. However, I think everyone who buys these should know the following things: Warranty: You do not have a warranty with Jabra when you purchase these. If they stop working, Jabra will not assist with a return or replacement (probably also because they aren't the seller here). I don't think Jabra is wrong for this either, as these are used. But just be aware that buying these you do not get the Jabra Warranty. Lifespan: As for their lifespan, about 2 years. Based on personal experience and reading several reviews, it seems that after ~2 years, the left earbud gives out. I think this is a small price to pay for these extremely cheap earbuds. Just be prepared for the left earbud to get messed up after roughly 2 years. Fit: Based on several reviews, some people seem to dislike the fit of these. I have never had this problem, as they seldom fall out if you use the right-sized earbud end. Up to you to make this call, but you should be able to return them promptly if they don't fit.     • I expected longer functionality
I bought these new, not used, on November 20th, 2020 for $137.00. I need clarification as to what the life of earbuds are but these lasted until November 10, 2023. So, they worked properly for just under three years. Now, the earbuds still work okay and the battery life is still superb but the earbuds no longer work with the app so you can't use the Active Noise Cancel feature. As soon as you try to use the feature the left earbud stops working. In fact, as soon as you pair the earbuds up with the app, the left side stops working. I've tried resetting the earbuds, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Jabra Noise app and that didn't resolve the issue. Other than that, I am satisfied with them as they still work okay minus the ANC option. I use these daily for at least two hours a day so I got a lot of usage out of these and they are still going. I am very happy with the battery life too. Three years later, the battery or charge still holds up like new. I am going to keep these as spares and have already switched over to Apple AirPods. If you are debating buying these Jabras, stop debating and just buy them. They're a great product. ... show more

    • For $70, absolutely excellent earbuds.
I've used mine consistently for the past 2.5 years. They are excellent. They do have a bug where one earbud will desync from the other (meaning no sound will come through, as it believes the other earbud is too far away and mutes automatically), but this is fixed by doing the "overcharging" trick. Plug in your case with the lid open and your earbuds not inside. Let it charge (to be safe) for ~3 hours. Then, place the earbuds inside and allow them to charge fully with the lid closed. Somehow, this corrects the desync issue. The sound quality, for the cost, is great. They are a bit "boomy" in that they emphasize the lower frequencies too much. They also do a somewhat poor job with mid-range frequencies, and don't have the sampling rate necessary to capture the lower-end spectrum well. The app does have EQ, so you can customize the sound to fit your ears better. However, this does not make up for the technical shortcomings in the earbuds. They have much worse sound quality than more premium brands (Think $350+ brands for wireless, $200+ for wired IEMs). However, again, for the price, these excel. ... show more

    • No longer connects with MacBook Pro 2021
It worked well first two years. But it no longer stays connected to my work laptop. It's not a laptop Bluetooth issue, as other devices and earbuds connect with the laptop just fine. Also, the Jabras connect fine with my phone.

    • Good sound, expected range, but not great with MS Teams
Sounds good, has good quality tuning app to adjust the levels, and works well with my iPhone and iPad. Distance is exactly what I expect plus a little bit if it’s got clear line of sight. It works great for music or calls while rollerblading or biking with hear-thru enabled. Works ok with laptop (windows) but this product doesn’t advertise itself as great with Windows so I’m not including that part of it in my rating, just disclosing my experience with it in that area. Windows seems to get confused about what to do with it and sound but I blame windows for that, and MS Teams is ok enough that I use it with teams and “passthru” audio. It’s a bit weird to hear myself talk with it but the audio mic on it is really good and I dont have to talk as loud as when I’m using my laptop. The mute/unmute button push feature works with teams so thats good, but I can’t get it to answer a teams call or hangup from a teams call. When i have it connected to the laptop i also have it connected to my phone or tablet because thats the only way to get the sound profiles (passthru, active noise cancelling, hearthru, more base/treble, etc,) to work; I don’t mind this but some folks might. It might work fine with teams if i use teams on my phone but i havent tried that. Overall recommended for the quality and easy /intuitive use factors with phone and tablet, but if you want something very specifically to use with Teams day-in and day-out, then look at something else. ... show more
