The case overall is pretty standard as far as base line protection and grip goes, it isn’t flimsy either; however the material is a little harder which in turn gives it a slippery feeling. The leopard print is aesthetically pleasing and that is the draw to the case, I purchased this case for a friend and honestly she loved it until she tried to use the buttons on her phone, volume, power specifically for locking, volume and screen shots. The images I’ve included are of molded buttons of the case which only add .5mm, but the harder plastic also provides less flex thus making the buttons on the phone harder to access. I’ve also included an official Apple case photo that gives you actual buttons .9mm actuation. Having tried to push the buttons myself, I found that I had to pinch the buttons with my finger tips to actuate the material enough to push the button on the phone enough to make it function. ... show more

Case very cheaply made. Case wasn’t that much and I still feel like it should’ve been cheaper. No protection in no aspect from case and it even looks cheap. Wouldn’t order again.

Fits my iPhone 11 perfectly and the button covers match up with my phone buttons. I like how the trim around the screen is slightly extended so when the phone is face down the screen doesn’t touch the table.

Update: I will admit there is one thing that has bothered me after using this for a while. The charger hole is not wide enough. You plug it in but you have to lift up the thin edge a bit to make sure the thin part of the case goes over your charger. If you don’t, you risk the charger falling right out in the middle of the night. I have never ran to the door so fast. I put the case on and the first thing I notice is how shiny the pink leopard sparkly case is. And it was protected with a sticky seal that I pulled off. I put the case on and I tested dropped in a few inches off the counter just to here if the counter touches my screen with the glass screen protector on. It doesn’t!! It’s safely protected. I purchased the cheetah print for my two daughters, and love everything about it... so I purchased two more marble colors for them! And I can’t even put into words how easy this is to hold for their little hands. It’s protection is above and beyond. And it’s so smooth! They are both just so gorgeous! I highly recommend!!! They have the iPhone 11’s. And I just purchased the iPhone 12 Pro Max, and I would love to get one from J. West myself! I am absolutely a customer for life. Exactly what I expected. Beautiful mother of pearl type shine, allows the purple color of my phone to show through slightly. I had some difficulty getting a PopSocket to stick to the case at first as it was so smooth, or maybe there was some kind of coating from production. Wiped it with some alcohol and another few tries, it stuck. I’ve had it for about a week and it’s showing some scuffs and scratches but I’m not exactly easy on phone cases. ... show more

The phone case is cute and fits wonderfully but I’ve had this case on for 3 days and the back is already scratched all to pieces! I’m very careful with my phone so I am unsure of how this happened. But I don’t like the fact that it’s now damaged after only 3 days!

I really like this case, but when I opened it up the patterned part was separating from the actual case. I gorilla glued it and it's perfect now.... But that shouldn't be happening on the first day of owning this case. So, if you buy this, make sure you have some good glue. Five stars to gorilla glue. ... show more
