The set comes with quite a few materials. Fluids, stands, injection practice target pad. Good quality tool for phlebotomy or nursing students to practice with or to be used in a clinical setting to help educate. Veins are durable enough and rebound well from being punctured multiple times the material seems to self-heal.     • A lifesaver for teaching!
As an infusion nurse, it is hard to always find other nurses who have these skills. I have began training nurses who come onto my unit with how to draw blood start an IV as well as do a picc line dressing change. This Demi nurse works very well and is very lifelike. I was impressed with his quality from my first encounter with it and it makes mini things make much more sense to the nurse who has not done a lot of IVs or picc line dressing changes. I work in two locations and plan to buy a second one to have at that location so that I don’t have to keep carrying the one back-and-forth between the two sites. Comes with everything you'd need to get in some practice without poking patients. Somewhat unrealistic in terms of the veins. If only real patients were this easy to find. For a beginner/student, though, it's absolutely perfect
