Working with Itouch. I had issues with charging last fall. Now, the watch face fell off. I got back on but this doesn't stay. There is now a line across top and side. I am working with Itouch on this but not sure I will get resolved.

I have several of the Itouch watches, square and round. I like them all, especially the crystal version. The crystals sparkle and look classy not cheap. The tracking, weather, and rest of the data seems pretty accurate compared to my other watches. It is all I need. The display is more than large enough to see. Best of all the battery lasts long. I also like the Itech brand version of these watches (available at Walmart in the jewelry department) but the Itouch battery lasts longer. ... show more

    • Broke after 4 months

Watch was working okay at first and then after a month or so I got no notifications on the screen. Did a lot of trouble shooting and never got it working and then one day after about 4 months the watch started vibrating and screen went black and never came back on. I submitted a warranty claim and had to pay 10 dollars for them to send me a new watch and then paid 15 dollars to send the old watch back. Took a few weeks to get all of the warranty back and forth finished and they sent me a new watch after I submitted tracking for the old watch. I really would rather have my money back but that window has closed. This is the second iTouch watch I have owned that has done the vibrating and black screen death. attracted to the digital capabilities and the tracking of the steps. The heart rate is also a great feature. Not really thrilled about the notifications. Too much to view and keep track of.

Pros: I love the look of this watch. The screen is great. The interchangeable bands. The text message notification. Cons: THIS DOES NOT KEEP ACCURATE COUNT OF YOUR STEPS. This is the second watch. I returned the first one for the same reason. I put my old cheap smart watch on the other hand and I verified that the steps are not correct. Im so frustrated because I love everything else about this watch. Ive reset it and done everything that the manufacturer suggested. I wish I could fix this. ... show more

Screen is very small compared to the ad. Has lots of great functions but I dont like it. It's too bulky for such a small screen. It's hard to scroll and figure out everything. Will probably be returning, not worth the money.

I like all the features. I just dont like that I cant talk on the phone with it . cheaper ones can. But this watch is really nice. Very comfortable. Very pretty. It can do all things that a digital watch can and it also has sleep features. Relaxation mode etc. Its really cool.
