Hello, The watch was a disappointment from the day first (night); three people tried to connect it to Bluetooth, and all had difficulties. The instruction for the watch on the Internet and iTouch Site made everyone more confused and agitated. One of the persons who worked on the watch was able to figure the procedure out the next day. The watch disconnected from the phone and said, "Please connect your device via Bluetooth to use this function," every time it was more than five yards away from the designated phone. Connecting back to Bluetooth is an experience that no one likes to go through with this product. The watch was purchased on March 17th and started acting up a month ago (mid-May 2022). On July 30th, iTouch Representative responded and asked to provide the information, which had to be after submitting the claim, waiting to receive a claim number, and then filling out their claim form. After so many times and exchanging emails, in August 2022, the representative sent a message and asked to pay $10.00 for the shipment of the replacement watch and stated that the defective watch had to get shipped to iTouch at the owner's cost to receive the replacement watch. The representative sent a message to accept the return shipping costs after he received refusing reaction that the owner would not spend $20.00 to receive another junk which is $50.00-$60.00; he stated he would send a return label just for this incident. The replacement arrived in Sep 2020 and is not the same watch; the band is thinner, lighter, and has sharp edges that cause bruises and cuts on the wrist, and also, the watch is lighter. After contacting the representative and asking for the old watch's band back and why the band has such poor quality, the representative responded, "Thank you for getting back. The band for your watch's model is one that is closely identical to the previous watch. I advise that you choose the wrist that is most comfortable and where your watch won't get in the way of your movements. This is typically the non-dominant hand, as it might be uncomfortable to write with a watch under your wrist. I hope this helps." After all that agony, in Sep 2022, the received watch is not bearable unless a new band of $19.38 gets installed to prevent cuts and bruises, and its functionalities are unknown. ... show more

I got my watch and loved it. It does sync easily to my iPhone and setting goals is straight forward. I had my watch for a week now and here is the review. It is inaccurate and if you take off your watch it seems to start all over again during the same day. The watch is light and fashionable. I have the mesh wrist band. Ugh I got it to start my fitness journey so I am not to attach to the accuracy because I have a pretty good idea. But if you are someone who wants to see the hard numbers I might look into a different watch. ... show more

Love this itouch watch. Really like the magnetic watch band over the other types of bands that don’t hold up well over time. Very comfortable and lightweight. Love the many health features. This watch worked very well for about a month, then it started having power issues. Several times I checked the battery levels before going out and it's always 100% (no matter how long I've been wearing it), I'd be out and the watch would be shutdown. Take it home and put on charger and instantly 100% charging complete...this I do not trust. I cannot trust this watch due to it's very erratic power issues. ... show more
