To apply it, I bought the Sephora Mini PRO Foundation Brush #70.5, which I figured I could use with gentle taps to set this powder in (no swiping circles like a normal powder brush, and no blotting with a foam applicator) and it is PERFECT. BEYOND my expectations!! I wouldn't use this as a brightening powder for under the eyes, but for my purposes this is a home run, esp with this brush.
