Goes on smoothly. Nicely pigmented, so you don’t have to press down hard. The color works well for people like me with silver and blonde/brown hair. The product itself is nicely balanced in my hand, and I like the design. Having said that, the Maybelline total temptation brow definer number 305 in soft brown is the identical color and quality for a lot less money. It too is a universal taupe color even though they call it soft brown. I am giving this product four stars because of the overly high price. ... show more

I feel this is probably a good product but, after trying it out, I am disappointed in the color Universal Taupe not being ash enough. It's more like a light brown.
