ISTOYO Rechargeable Resin Mixer Ultra is a total game changer for resin mixing. I’ve used it four times now and I’m thoroughly pleased that something actually works as the manufacturer says. The AI function is a fancy way of saying four minute timer with directional changes (clockwise/counter clockwise). Love that function as I’m able to do other things while the mixing happens. Each batch mixed had less bubbles than any other mixer or hand mixing for that matter. Somehow it’s a lot cleaner, less resin getting on my gloves. The three speed and AI functions on this mixer add to the joy of using it. It creates no bubbles while mixing even when using the highest speed. The AI function when using the mixer stand, allows me to prepare my next batch of resin while knowing the current batch will mix for the full four minutes that I want. I have an injury to my right wrist, which limits what I can do without swelling and pain. Stirring resin is one of the activities which hurt my wrist. This automatic resin stirring machine works wonderfully, allowing me to enjoy and cintinue working with resin!

So disappointed with this product. 1st one I rec’d worked for about an hour then it just died. Seller sent a replacement and I got to use that for 3 days then it stopped working. Buttons are stuck; seems any resin residue sticks to it and there iss nothing I could do to clean it up. The push buttons are completely stuck - a very poor design since working with resin means there will be some residue from your hands even when you are so careful. Just so frustrated; what a waste if money!!! ... show more

Works well so far. My one issue is the paddles seem to stick inside the unit. I have yet to get the first one I put inside out. So I’ve been using just the larger one the whole time. Any advice would be appreciated. Easy to clean. But again, can’t get the one paddle out. The stand is hardy. As for bubbles… it does create bubbles with higher speeds but I believe that is to be expected. As for size, I wish I could use the smaller paddles but… I’m still trying to take care of that. I missed my exchange window thinking it was something I was doing. Had others help since and they can’t remove it either. I am sure that one that doesn’t stick works great. Disregard the original review: the company saw it and made it right. Also if I had paid attention they have a way to contact them on a paper that comes with the product. I have a couple of these my oldest one works great. My newest died after half dozen or so uses. I sent for a replacement and I used the new box to send back the bad one and the new one ended up to be no good. So now I need to return it but have no box. For some reason there is no way to contact the company. For these reasons I cannot recommend this mixer. ... show more
