This rug came folded up in a box. It fluffed up immediately after opening. It is a beautiful (light) mauve color and a little slippery to walk on barefooted at first and until you get use to it. It stays in place. Larger than I thought (8 x 10). The rug is a really good deal for the price and how it’s shipped free and compact in a box you can lift and handle by yourself. It would be best with a pad underneath if you want a thicker feel underfoot, but it’s not necessary; soft and flat feeling otherwise.. The yarns are good length for shag type rug. Mauve color is difficult to find anywhere else, so definitely worth the price to me, and very pleased with this purchase. We love it! Loved the plushiness of this rug, however little fuzzlies get stuck in pretty easily and it can be hard to get it all out at times. BUT it is machine washable, and it doesnt affect the plush too much for the first 2 washes.. after that it seemed to get more dull. This is a cute runner, looks nice and is soft. For $20 I didn’t expect much, it is thin, more a thin mat with fuzzies than a rug, but again, it was only $20. I redecorate often, so it is perfectly fine for me, but if it is supposed to last a while, keep looking.
