I was skeptical, there weren’t a lot of reviews but they seemed to be liked overall. Some of the photos showed them in bedrooms so I wasn’t sure if my idea of using them as main seating in a den was going to work. Me and my family love the way they look! They arrived packaged very well. My son and husband put them together and they did say it was a bit of a struggle. My husband did end up using his power drill, but it’s not needed. The seats are firm. I like it because I am hoping it means they will hold up a little longer. My husband is 6’ and he fits in the chair but he does seem a little big for the chair lol. So maybe not ideal for everyday comfort for that. We aren’t worried about it since this room isn’t used as heavily, mostly when there is company or the two of us use the couch. I thought about renting a chair for my baby shower, but it was equally the price to just buying a new one. Now I get to Decorate my baby's nursery by adding a piece of furniture for guests to sit. It is super easy to assemble, very comfortable and it looks very fancy.

But it's not comfortable, very little padding. Would not recommend for everyday use. The back and bottom of the chair were misaligned so putting the seat together was difficult, but with some elbow grease I got it done. This will not last more than a few years. The base is particle board covered in light padding and fabric. It looks like the particle board was not treated, meaning do not spill anything. But hey its cute. ... show more

This chair was exactly as described online - as you can see, it's a beautiful deep aqua color and the velvet fabric feels very soft and I think it will hold up well. I measured the space I had available, compared it to the online measurements of the chair and - voila! It fits perfectly! The package contained the chair back, seat, pillow, 4 legs, and the hardware, including the required Allen wrench. Before assembly I looked over the pieces and could see no loose seams or other flaws in the material. It was very easy to assemble with straightforward instructions. And, the end result - it's a very sturdy chair. As others have noted, it doesn't have a soft seat, but that isn't a concern for me. The pillow is soft and is just the right size so that my back is comfortable. I'm so pleased that I have this chair in my home; if you purchase it, I hope you're equally satisfied! ... show more

Great chair- looks great in the room. Super soft, great color! Only problem was getting the holes to align between the back of the chair and the base (when assembling) but with two people, we were able to hold it together tightly and get the screws it. Great purchase!
