I was surprised how big these boxes are. I chose them because they were more than 12 inches long to hold quilling paper. They do an excellent job of keeping my papers in good condition. They feel sturdy for the price. I am very happy with them. The lids stay locked. The walls are thick enough for the use l have planned for them The boxes are not sturdy enough to stand on, but you cannot expect it for this price. I consider them to be a great value.
