This is for the Dual Motor Lift Chair. It’s a great chair. We got it for my 80 yo, 6 foot, 220 pound dad for Christmas 2020. I’m writing this in May 2021. He has sat in it everyday, for most of the day for 5 months & it looks the same as the day we got it. I put it together by myself & that was not a problem. In fact we bought a 2nd chair for my mom recently because she loves how it goes flat. We needed to contact the company back when I had ordered the wrong chair (read carefully - the cloth chairs have a different motor system)... they emailed me back quickly & fixed my goof up. Came by mail, was easy to assemble. Very comfortable. Only at the bottom of the back part is a relatively big gap (7 cm wide) in which any back support pillow disappears, when you sit in the chair. You feel that when you try to sleep on that surface too. After contacting the company Irene house, who have very helpful employees, I was sent a pad, made according to my suggestions which is covering the problem zone nicely. My husband has hart failure and was having difficultly breathing. This chair made it easy for him to elevate his head when needed. It is extremely comfortable and now that he is much better, I still often find him sleeping in this chair. The fact that you can adjust the head and foot separately makes it possible to get everything perfect. He is a side sleeper and he often gets curled up on his side in the chair. The chair is very heavy. That makes it super stable and I don't have to worry about it falling over. Our master bedroom is upstairs. It came in two boxes and we were able to get it up the stairs by unboxing the chair and taking each piece individually. The base was the most difficult, but the two of us got it the stairs without help from our young neighbors. The box delivered by UPS was severely damaged and there was a small hole in one arm. The seller responded quickly and gave me a partial refund. I'm very happy with this purchase! ... show more

We are an elderly couple and was able to put this together in 5 minutes. I love everything about this chair, it has 2 motors, that means you can move it in any direction ,the foot rest where ever you want, and the other motor to position the back ,even has a blue light on the control ., the best quality leather too....I bought 2 of these chairs and cannot say enough about them, it can be a bed, it lays flat, you can even lay the head all the way down if you want and use it as a gravity chair to exercise...I have never seen such good quality, absolutely amazing, my bones don't ache anymore, I plan to buy more chairs too. ... show more

    • Exceeds my hopes for a great product.
This chair was selected with great trepidation for my 89 yr old mother. She is powerful in spirit but lacking in mobility, It has been all I could hope for in being able to raise her lower legs to assist circulation and comfort and in coming to a slow and measured upright position to enable her to walk away. I am surprised how easily she has taken to the remote. She somewhat delights in that she has another remote to control her world, and I enjoy that it safely raises her to a walking position. i would recommend it for seniors in need of a lift, and that is the major criterion. This is a first day review. The chair arrived in a week and a half. Last checked shipping status and it was at a Fed Ex facility in California at around 12:30 AM on Saturday. It was delivered around noon on Sunday the next day to Ft. Worth Texas. Unbelievable delivery. Comes in two boxes. Packing was great. No issues. Easy to set up. Took about 15 minutes total time. The chair operates quietly and smoothly and the heat and massage are great. We chose the gray fabric and looks great. Will give an update in a few months. For now it's a great chair. ... show more
