I did not need a whole lot of flow so I knew these weren't the most powerful fans going into it. They pull plenty of air through just fine, I have 1 pulling in and the other out. Air flow is just right and is all I really needed. The biggest concern I had was the noise, and these you won't have any problems with. They are super quiet. They were also fairly easy to install, I had to have someone help me to hold it in place while I tightened the tent vent hole around it, but overall easy. Operation is simple: install and plug in. Can't get much more simple than that. I do not have mine on a timer, but I'm sure they would do just fine. I may end up going that route soon, but for now they're on 24/7. ... show more

Doesnt move too much air. Have it running in a small 4x2x5’ tent, it gets the job done but i will be upgrading to a better fan soon. Fan is decently quiet and does a decent job overall

I installed this into a bathroom vent to pull moisture out after showering. It moves less air than I expected but realistically that didn't matter too much. The real issue is the fan died within a week. It was working fine and the next day it seemed like I couldn't hear the fan running but when checking on it later that day it was working just fine. But after another day or two I crawled up in the attic to double check. The fan was totally dead. There was power to the outlet, power to the motor, but no function. Lasted well over 5 years. I bought both and they both went out within a month of each other so if you buy this you can at least get 4 years out of it. Noise wasn't bad at all sounded like a small fan. and it pushed the correct cfm. satisfied 7.5/10

Bought it to blow smoke into. Works well enough, nothing brag about. quiet hum, not noticable from the other room. It moves the air well. Hooked up to a dryer vent through the garage wall. It sucks out all the smoke if blown directly at the fan from 6 -8 inches away. Looking for something a little more powerful but it works for the price. ... show more
