I bought these because I developed tennis elbow from working on sanding and staining projects over the summer. I’m not sure yet if they are working. I did not see an instant change in the soreness of my arm when I put them on. I will say the pain was not severe, just uncomfortable for me and I have been having pain since July but bought these in October. They are however soft and comfortable when I have them on. I have tendinitis in both arms. I’m a farrier and wear these while I work. They are more comfortable than the name brand ones that I got in the store for double the price, the Velcro straps do not get caught and peal back like the others, they wash up nicely in the washing machine…I can’t say enough nice things about them. It really helped alot, I've tried bigger ones and realized that it's harder to work with when doing things with my hands close to my body. So I got these instead and the skinny strap makes it possible for more movement. It's a much better design. The pressure ball is much more longer and has lots of stiffness which is way better for getting the right spot. Great product and I would highly recommend. ... show more

I recently started to have pain near my elbow and I have yet to have a professional look at it. But in doing research I heard that this type of arm strap/brace can give you some temporary relief. I kept finding myself running my forearm in the same spot, so I took the padded part of this brace on that location and pulled it tight. I've tried it looser and tighter. When I wore it for the first time I didn't don't notice it making my arm feel better, but then when I took it off I then realize the difference it makes in supporting the muscle/tendon area. My only recommendation would be that when you pull the velcro tight, be sure to line it up perfectly with the hook/loop as if it's a bit off you'll feel the velcro a bit on your arm. Maybe if the soft velcro was facing your arm instead of the rough side this wouldn't be something you'd have to look out for. ... show more

Tennis elbow is a pita. Hard to heal up and painful. These bands are really helpful for reducing tenderness and allowing me to move. The padding is solid and firm; placed correctly, they provide instant relief. I gave myself tennis elbow while studying classical guitar. (Yes, that's a thing on the fretting arm.) This device is soft and supple. It's a perfect size--about an inch wide all around, bigger on the padded area, and even though it says it's a small, each side of the band is adjustable. It would fit just about anyone. The padding is the best part. It's big and soft and firm. Much better than one of those plain bands or the balloon-type. This one is perfect. I mean---perfect. I have Cubital Tunnel Syndrome in both elbows with entrapment and have not tried any at home aids, I have previously done physical therapy. I decided to give these a try when I was working around the house. I placed them below the elbow, my nerve sensitivity begins at the elbow and above so the compression below was not a problem as long as it is not to right to irritate upwards. Arrived promptly and as described. Well made and easy to use. They fit as expected and are very comfortable to wear. I have Tennis elbow in my right elbow which makes me use my left arm more, so now that arm hurts too. Wearing these on my arms while I do daily chores and such really helps.
