This product is a iP14 pro unlocked Smartphone. It was sold to me October 25 and received on November 8, 2024. When I went to activate the phone on November 15, it was discovered as a dead phone. The phone could not be repaired or be used for any purpose. I have tried to return the phone, but no return address was provided. I have tried the Amazon and finally able to send this message here. All I need is to return the item with a return label sent to me, and obtain my refund thereafter. ... show more
