I find this recliner pretty comfortable. The massage feature is really just a vibration feature. Not terrible, but also not a proper massage. My only real complaint is with the footrest. If you have heavy legs, it isn't great at staying up unless you're fully reclined. Additionally when getting out of the chair, you can't get the footrest to lock in it's closed position without getting out of the chair and pushing it in whilst facing the recliner. ... show more

I ordered 2 of these chairs after seeing a lot of good reviews. They are very nice looking. Very comfy. Easy to assemble. But, they will not stay in either of the reclining positions. I have to constantly keep pushing myself back. And when you get up oht of them I have to take my foot and kick the bottom for it to lock in the closed position. And that means they scoot backwards. I just ordered a utility runner to put underneath them to try and help that part out. If you just want to sit and swivel and rock then they are ok. The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst. It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair. The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all. Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive. I am really impressed with this chair. It's very sturdy and makes me feel small. I am 5'9" and I have plenty of room in this chair. It's extra wide and my feet don't dangle off the foot rest, like they do in some other recliners. Very good bang for your buck. Because simular chairs at a furniture store would cost you a lot more. I ordered the grayish green. It's more of a blue green...but I don't care. It's still an amazing chair. I suggest you get yourself one now before they are gone. ... show more

Recliner front sits angled back needs to be start vertical, Poor back no neck support the tension just says back does not hold neck totally no neck support I'm not tall. Dislike that is not strong enough back support. I don't want to slowly sway back. I am 272lbs. Like the seat cushion and all chuison support the padding is well supporting. Need taller neck support I am 5'10" does not reach my neck very frustrating. I am stuck leaning forward due to lack of back and neck support. U guys almost made it. Vibration is good.
