Shipped & arrived very quickly. IMPORTANT TIP: DO NOT USE BOX CUTTER TO OPEN TOP OF BOX. The chair top/fabric is very close to the top when you open it. There is a small cardboard strip that has been placed to protect it but you could easily cut the chair. I did not cut mine thankfully! Chair was easy to assemble. It took me about 30 minutes. Instructions were clear. Chair is very small. I am a 5ft tall female & my legs go to the very end of the chair when reclined. You don’t ‘sink’ into the chair seat. I feel like I am sitting up high on the seat. This might change in time as the chair ‘settles in’. The massage & heat features are very subtle even on high setting. I researched this type of chair on Amazon for several months. This chair will work for me but I was a little disappointed, but the price was good for my needs. If returning was not a hassle (repacking & boxing back up) I would return it & look for a different chair. ... show more

The chair is not for a man over 5 ft tall. I’m 6”3 and the chair is way too small for me. It is firm and glides and does not rock. The shipping was awful. FedEx destroyed the box! Amazingly enough the chair appears to be not broken or damaged. But FedEx is the worst. It is easy to assemble and vibrates. It is pretty useless and does nothing as a massage chair. The chair is made in China and is in my opinion overpriced. I would not buy it again. If I had known that te reviews about it being tiny were accurate. I would not have purchased this at all. Good things is that it is a chair. It is comfortable and my wife likes it. I of course hate it. I feel as if I have been taken and paid over $300 for a chair worth about $100. I would not recommend this chair to anyone. The chair comes from California and is a Chinese cheap garage. It is not dark grey. It is so much lighter grey and the pictures are deceptive.     • Almost perfect.
I purchased this recliner last year in may and I loved it. It was very comfy, soft, wide and I enjoyed the heating and massage features. I also enjoyed how far up your legs recline, I am only 5’2 so that was nice. Unfortunately about 4 months later the back support of the frame started to weaken and made the back portion of the recliner lean too far back. It was past the warranty but I reached out to the manufacturer and they were kind and super nice enough. They responded to my message quickly and still replaced my recliner within a couple weeks, without me even sending back the original one. The only down side is that it is not the same style as the first one, although it does have the same features it is a little smaller in width at the seat and the legs don’t recline up as high as I’d like them but overall it was still worth the purchase. I am really impressed with this chair. It's very sturdy and makes me feel small. I am 5'9" and I have plenty of room in this chair. It's extra wide and my feet don't dangle off the foot rest, like they do in some other recliners. Very good bang for your buck. Because simular chairs at a furniture store would cost you a lot more. I ordered the grayish green. It's more of a blue green...but I don't care. It's still an amazing chair. I suggest you get yourself one now before they are gone. ... show more

Recliner front sits angled back needs to be start vertical, Poor back no neck support the tension just says back does not hold neck totally no neck support I'm not tall. Dislike that is not strong enough back support. I don't want to slowly sway back. I am 272lbs. Like the seat cushion and all chuison support the padding is well supporting. Need taller neck support I am 5'10" does not reach my neck very frustrating. I am stuck leaning forward due to lack of back and neck support. U guys almost made it. Vibration is good.
