The media could not be loaded. We bought an intex mattress in 2016- did not have the durabeam technology. It sucked. Used it maybe 4 times and it started to leak air. Later we saw how a LOT of the intex air beds that year had this defect. I was hesitant to try the newer model. I did some research and SEVERAL of the intex air beds came up in the top air bed lists on google. So i figured I would give it another try. Support: MUCH better support!! So much more stable. MUCH better than the older model. Dura-beam technology for the win. The only thing I don't like is the bumpy surface. Looking back, I wish I bought the model that was the dura-beam comfort plush one. I realized after buying this that the surface is not as bumpy. My husband doesn't seem to mind it! These mattresses don't exactly have the best return policy so CHOOSE WISELY! Pillow: The pillow part is nice! Love it. That's why I initially picked this one! Sheets: The surface isn't SOFT but great to keep sheets in place. It's an interesting material that isn't bad to sleep on but with sheets it makes it even better. Height: The height is perfect. Doesn't feel like I'm sleeping on the floor. Raised just enough. Storage. It's kinda hard to get it back in the bag. Glad I didn't go with a larger one because these air mattresses do take up quite a bit of space. Choose your height wise. Overall: Probably the best air mattress I've tried (i've tried abt 4). This is the newest model. Pleased for the price. ... show more

Pros: * comes packaged very well so the mattress is protected from damages or holes * the seams were sewed together really well. It barely deflates after a night of sleeping, and I only feel the need to add more air every 3 days or so * the pump also has a deflate function, so you don't have to wait forever for the mattress to deflate before you store it * pretty comfortable for an air mattress. Of course, you can't expect a $30 dollar mattress to compete with a real one. I used it as a temporary fix until my real mattress came and slept on it for 4 days. It is not the most comfortable thing in the world but you can fall asleep on it, and it keeps you off the ground. * cheap. For the price ($30 for a twin), it does everything I needed it to do and more. And it's so cheap I don't really worry about damaging it bc I can just easily buy a new one without breaking the bank. * the storage bag it comes with is very nice! if you follow the folding instructions on the manual, the mattress can easily be fitted into the bag which protects it during storage. Very comfortable for a blow up bed. Only loses a little bit of air after a few days. But with the built in air filler it pumps back up in seconds. Would definitely recommend if you need a temporary solution to bedding.

This is an extremely well made air mattress, large enough for one person. It inflates and deflates at the flip of a switch when plugged in, and only needs occasional reinflation. The first night this was used, it lost the most air (directions even say this will happen, as the mattress has to decompress). I never did wake up on the floor though, and it’s extremely comfortable. I personally do not love the “pillow” section at the top, as it’s not quite large enough to be a full pillow, but too large for my pillow to fit comfortably on top of it. It does, however, work well as a “stop” so that your pillow doesn’t fall off of the mattress, which is great. Overall I give this a solid 5 stars.     • Leaking! Don't buy it, it will cause frustration in the middle of the night!

Initially it is comfortable and a great height. But because it leaks every time, we rarely use. We've meticulously searched, even with soapy water, and cannot find a hole. We believe it leaks from around the built-in pump. You can release the full pump to quickly deflate and we believe the cheesy rubber seal is the culprit. Received this bed in 3 days...fast shipping. The bed has it's own blower installed on the end so all I did was unfold it and plug it in. It blew up quickly. I had read a previous review that said the vinyl needs to stretch and may appear to be leaking. It did feel less firm after a few hours, but I had left it plugged so it was fast to add more air. The mattress is double tall, so it never felt like I was sleeping on the floor and it was very comfortable. I used an extra pillow and two blankets. I will say that most air mattresses are cold to sleep on, so I just laid a blanket between me and the mattress and I was fine. When it came time to fold it up, the pump on the end reversed and sucked all the air back out...like a vacuum pack!. I just kept the folds flat and locked the switch off when it had removed all the air. It folded up neatly and I put it in the storage bag that was also provided.
