Just got it a week ago. Took me about 45 minutes to pump up the couch by hand. Comfortable just gotta fill it again after a couple days because the material stretches. Took the ace of two couches in my living room. Could only fit one of the single seaters but both super comfortable. Would recommend a cover of some sort as they get kinda cold to sit on in the winter times. ... show more

I have a slow leak at the seams on the couch and there is no way to repair it without it looking bad. I had it for almost 3 months. I also had seams wear fast on the center of the individual chairs. They ballooned up. So quality is questionable in a sense for use over a some short months. I’m avg height and athletic. I use all of it in evenings for a few hours. ... show more

I got rid of my old furniture when I ordered new furniture. What I didn’t realize was that it would take several weeks to get my new furniture. This was a full size couch and two chairs that were actually comfortable while waiting. Now it’s packed away and when the holidays come we will set it up again when we have extra family over. I was on the second couch. the first was replaced under warranty after 2 months. The second one lasted from March of 2022 to late October 2022. Luckily, I had gotten the extended warranty through Allstate. The couch has been great and then all of a sudden it started deflating. I have been really careful to not have anything sharp anywhere near this couch. IT split at a seam on the left side (looking from the front). I tried several methods to patch it and it just wouldn't hold. I initially contacted Allstate and they told me the seller still covered the warranty. the seller indicated that they don't offer any warranty (which does not seem to be true). All state initially rejected my claim and it took my an hour or so to find a phone # to talk to someone. My claim was approved but they indicated that there was no replacement available so they would refund my money. 3 weeks went by and no check. Had to call again and get a new check which finally got here today. I would give the couch a 2 for durability and customer service on the warranty a 2. The warranty is actually run through square trade. Glad I got it, but definitely a pain. The 2 charrs that came with it are really nice and also have ottomans. I dont' think I'll try this couch again. ... show more
