I have gotten almost every single “sea” animal & I must say, this fella is probably my first favorite coming in 2nd w/ the Turtle & 3rd the Shark! Honestly though, you just can’t go wrong with any of these extremely comforting, warming & even cooling relief buddies. Last but not least besides the other ones mentioned (Penguin & Sloth) they ALL have a lovely lavender scent. Not strong, not dull except just right. I only notice the lavender slightly more when warmed in the microwave as instructed by Warmies. I’ve warned this one up more so primarily whether it’s from pain (I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome) so anymore tends to feel more therapeutic than “cold” BUT ALSO; I have my moments when without warming it up, just having the Manatee itself near me helps calm my anxiety. I could go on and on about why you should get one BUT I won’t and I’ll go ahead & say it now: GO PURCHASE THIS ONE OR WHICHEVER ONE THAT CATCHES YOUR EYE! (In my opinion, the flatter ones like the Manatee, Turtle, Platty, Alligator, etc are the best ones. They simply even out more vs the sitting/standing up one’s like the sloth and penguin, etc. I’m guilty having the sloth as it was my first one so I didn’t know exactly how it would sit & as the Penguin goes; he’s a bit of both. My daughter loves animals and this is so cute. She has slept with it each night since she got it for her birthday. It is really easy for her to warm up in the microwave. It doesn’t have an issues with warming up that non-warmies do in the microwave. It has a natural lavender smell that helps relax her during bedtime. ... show more

So cute and huggable 🥰🥰 he’s very soft and I enjoy cuddle with him. You must like lavender though, because the odor is very strong! Especially heated. It doesn’t bother me because I find lavender very soothing. No regrets! It follows me from the couch to my bed.

I've heated mine up a few times since I got her, and every time, it's very enjoyable. She smells great, she's very soft, and her comforting heat is nice when I have cramps. I'd say she's definitely worth the money, and I'm very happy to have her.

I really love how much weight it has and it is with me while in bed all the time. I like to use it as a pillow or put it on my chest for comfort. It has provided more comfort than I expected and it has helped me a lot with sleeping and relaxing. It is also bigger and better stuffed than I expected and has more weight than expected, which I love! Be sure to check the dimensions to make sure its right for you. The only two issues I had were that it came without any packaging, apart from a tag, I expected it to come in a box or bag with the company on it but it was loose in my amazon package. I also had some of the lavender pieces poke through the fabric and are a bit sharp. But I only had this happen twice and it was not that big of an issue. I only wish this were cheaper for its size but the amount of comfort it has given me was worth it. I also got this on sale for closer to $20 instead of $30. ... show more
