The media could not be loaded. I thought this is a lunch box bag but it’s huge. Lots and lots space and comes with another bag too to keep this bag. very useful for shopping frozen stuff and we can use in picnics . 10/10

The more I use this insulated bag, the more I like it. The insulation is thicker than most I have seen, and keeps foods cold or hot longer. The fabric and straps are sturdy and well sewn, and there are no unpleasant odors. I like that it can either be carried by the two handles or worn backpack-style. It holds a surprising amount of groceries - I rarely have to break out my additional, smaller bag. I didn't think I was going to like the eco shopping bag that comes with it, but I really do! It's featherweight, folds nicely into its attached pouch, is comfortable to hold, and actually looks a lot nicer in person than in the photos. It can be tucked into the exterior pocket on the padded bag, which has a Velcro closure to keep its contents secure. Two improvements would be if the insulated bag had a padded handle, and if it came in more colors. I don't think they should advertise this as being suitable to fill with loose ice. It's not a cooler, and like pretty much any insulated bag will tend to leak if there is water inside. But for using with ice packs, this bag is great. ... show more

I love this cooler! It is very sturdy and keeps my drinks cold for a long time even without an ice pack! It is very big and can hold a lot! It is very easy to clean and doesn't leak at all. The inside is waterproof. I love this cooler!

This is a great shopping bag. I like the insulation and waterproof liner. I like the small outside pocket that holds the little, folding shopping bag for when you need a a little more room for groceries than the main bag can handle. I like the durable fabric covering and straps. As a man, I especially like the subdued colors of the main bag with no garish or distracting patterns. As a suggestion for future improvement - the small, folding bag should match (at least roughly) the color and pattern of the main bag. Why would anyone think someone who buys a bag with plain pattern and subdued colors would want an accessory bag with bright colors and loud patterns? It makes no sense.
