We’ve done this brand for a while. Dogs love it. We switch between whole grain lamb and grain free salmon (same brand but freeze-dried) every couple months. This kibble (whole grain) has weirdly green-ish color comparing to the other kibble from this brand. Customer service said that because of natural ingredients it’s normal and can vary from batch to batch. Ppl here say theirs is brown. So my concern remains ... show more

My dog loves this food and the vet approves saying it has quality ingredients and nutritional value. My only issue is that the seal on the packaging is awful. At first I thought maybe it was just one bag, but the closure has come apart on every single bag I’ve purchased, requiring me to transfer the food to something else for storage. A few times, only a small piece of the seal has pulled apart without me noticing and the food has spoiled and I e had to throw out a half a bag of food. Seems like it should be a simple fix and I’m sure I’m not the only person to experience this. ... show more

Natures Variety Instinct makes great dog food my bulldog enjoys it. He also is allergy prone and this brand in lamb flavor has worked wonders for him without any issues. My only complaint not regarding this food but the brand is they discontinued a lamb and oatmeal formulation he enjoyed more, and had to switch to this as this was the closest to the original one he was on , other than that and having to scramble to find a replacement this brand and flavor of good for my bulldog Boris has been amazing. ... show more
