I purchased this Insnug Pottery Wheel Art Craft Kit with Polymer Air Dry Clay for our granddaughter for Christmas. It comes with everything stated on the components list; pottery wheel, 2-pack air-dry clay, sponge, color set, palette for mixing, carving tool, carving stand, tangent, dotting pen, gem stickers, table cover, screwer. What it did not come with that I did not realize is three "C" batteries, so you will need to order these as well. Luckily, I have time to order before Christmas. That is a size I don't usually have around. Our granddaughter is 6 and this is good for her age (with adult help). This looks like it's going to be a lot of fun! ... show more

This pottery wheel looks like fun as you open the box. It uses 3 C batteries, not included. Clay and tools are included. My batteries ran out within 10 min of use as I put the clay on the wheel - it is a very large draw. The second set of batteries ran out within less than 5 min. The heavier the clay, the bigger the draw. I ended up not being able to make even a small item with my kids because of this issue. This could've been a lot of fun if there was a way to attach it to AC. Not worth the purchase. ... show more
