**Update**I was contained by customer service and they were absolutely great. They addressed my problems with the mattress and made it right. I appreciate them standing by their product. I was extremely happy to get this mattress when I read the reviews. I let it sit for 3 days before using, and was thrilled with the comfort when I first started using it. After about 3 months it wasn’t as comfortable and you couldn’t sit on the side of the bed because it sagged so much. Then 5 months in the seams started to come apart and now 8 months in the springs are starting to show through the bottom. I’m not a sleeper that moves a lot either. Lay on my left side all night and rarely move. I’m 5’ 10 and 190. I wanted to use the mattress for awhile to see how it held up. It doesn’t hold up. I’m extremely disappointed and will have to replace it with a new mattress after just 8 months. ... show more

I have severe back problems, so I need a very firm mattress to reclined on during the daytime, and not to sink into it at night. This mattress is perfect! It has a perfectly soft top so that I don't get a bruised shoulder when sleeping on my side, but it's firm enough to keep me from sinking into it very far. I'm really loving this mattress. We have had this bed almost a year now. At first, was comfortable, over time has worse dips in it than our 15 year old mattress that this replaced. We had to roll up a blanket at the end of the bed because you sink down so far that your feet are in the air if you are on you side. Speaking of side, the sides of bed are not reinforced at all and bend away when you sit to put shoes on. We have flipped this mattress in hopes it would improve, nope. My wife's sciatic pain got so bad she had to have surgery and now has to lay in the middle of the bed, the only place that doesn't dip down. I do not recommend at all. Wrote this because I am online shopping for a new mattress before a year is up. UPDATE: The company reached out to me and offered me assistance. They truly want to sell the best product and value. I was shocked and pleased at their concern for their customers. I look forward to doing business with them again as they work to improve their product. ... show more
