Back in my hay day, when I was a high school baller, I use to be able to dunk at 5’9 due to various workouts. Now that I am 33, I lost that ability to jump. I am in shape, and still athletic but just not the same when I was younger. I use this product for 3 days straight doing my homemade workouts and notice the difference immediately. I had a little more explosion when I jumped. So the more consistent you are, the better the outcome. The only thing I dislike is the band doesn’t fit around your waist properly. I had to stop lifting and running due to a disc injury, but I wanted to stay in shape and after seeing something similar at PT I purchased this jump trainer. I love it! I can get a good lower body workout without putting undue stress on my spine as the belt puts all the weight on the hips. This has become one of my favorite workout tools for squats and lunges. My only complaints are that the belt would be better if it was more contoured to fit the hips and if it would tighten up a bit more. I'm a 32" waist and would like the belt to adjust a little tighter , but due to the design, it won't. I work around this by wearing a thicker pair of sweats. The build quality is very good and the protective sleeve over the bands is a nice added touch. Overall, this was a great purchase and I highly recommend it if you need a good lower body workout. ... show more

    • Ankle Velcro gets loose easily

Not sure if the overall idea is good. Maybe this works for some people. It feels a bit strange to train in these. The biggest issue is the ankle Velcro, it doesn't stay strapped. It looses up so easily that we had to tighten it after each jump.

I bought 3 of these jump training sets (Innstar, Wowelife, Hosetop). This Innstar is, by far, my favorite. The belt is thick, wide, and well-padded/comfortable. The ankle straps are also comfortable. And the belt loops seem to be in the right place so the bands are not rubbing on my rear. My only negative is that they don't make replacement bands easily available... I saw one set listed (none of the other range of weighta). And that one set available is very high priced versus other brands. ... show more
