You have to understand that the label is not misleading. I buy this one all the time because they DO disclose the mg of Elemental Magnesium. They’re very clear that 500 mg is composed of Magnesium Glycinate. That’s 70mg of magnesium so the rest is 430mg of Glycinate & whatever else (my label says organic rice concentrate). Elemental magnesium is 14% of the total 500 mg, that’s the known scientific percentage. So yeah, you probably need to take more than 1 pill, depending on where else you’re getting magnesium from. I stay away from products that don’t disclose the amount of Elemental Magnesium. ... show more

I started taking this to help sleep and also help with restless legs. Amazing. Within 15 minutes I'm relaxed and my eyes are heavy. When I travel and forget to bring it...I stay up half the night, like right now writing this review, and can't fall asleep. There are many forms of Magnesium, but glycinate has better bioavailability and is best for relaxation and sleep. This one also tells the elemental amount, which I was looking for. We're all likely deficient in Mag so if you're having trouble sleeping...try it! Most importantly...it doesn't have all the 'filler' ingredients that most supplements have. ... show more
