Works great. I'm 5'8" and I fit great in the thing. The product holds together and creates a solid sealed case. With no screws to come loose, the blue tooth speakers work great. I personally use rainforest sounds while im in there. The controls are easy to use. The bench seat is great. The floor heater will need to be cleaned as it gets sweat falling all over it. There is not much room to adjust once inside but I am good with that. I set it up in my garage and it fits perfectly. It only stands 5ft tall so you can actually put a shelf over it and use more of the space. ... show more

The quality of this sauna is absolutely incredible! Delivery was great—just a few days later than expected—and the delivery service was very good about calling us an hour before delivery. SUPER well-packed in three separate boxes. No tools needed!!!! Amazingly solid construction. It only took us 30 minutes to assemble. Unboxing took longer than assembling it 😀. The electrical components are already contained in the top piece, requiring zero skill to get working. The control panel is user friendly. The chromotherapy lighting is just right, and I appreciate the color options as I change them depending on what time of day I’m using it. (Blue or white in the morning. Red in the evening) The Bluetooth speakers are crystal clear and easy to pair with my iPhone. This sauna gets to a max temp of 149° F, so I preheat it and step into it when it reaches about 115°. After 20-30 minutes on the timer, I’m drenched (a usual non-sweater). My husband kept saying how impressed he was with the quality. It feels like a $4K sauna. Also, the smell of the wood is heavenly, and the unit itself is attractive. We would recommend this a thousand times over! Plugs into a standard outlet in our house. ... show more

Great single person sauna. Temp get's up to 140, and will give you a really good sweat! I highly recommend it. 1-6-24 Update: Dropping a star because you have to manually keep an eye on the temp. It will never stay hot the entire time for you. This is still a great sauna, but it has some type of safety mechanism that drops the temp once it hits 140. It is a bit annoying that you have to babysit the tempeture. I found out that the best way to keep the temperture up is turning it off and on again in 10 to 15 min intervals. If you don't do this you will watch and feel the temp drop. ... show more

Pros -you can sizes for your specific need -I'm sensitive to smells, this has a pleasant wood smell like ikea -programabe inside and out with decent bt speakers -nice quality rgb led light choices, nice interior exterior white lighting that can be turned off -diatamacious foot mat -incredibly good design, quality construction, that is super easy to assemble, I WISH EVERYTHING was built this well and easy to put together Cons -The box arrived quite damaged, but everything was fine inside except for slight blemishes in one of lcd screens, but I'm not sure if it happened during assembly or what. ... show more

This is a great little sauna! Arrived in two boxes( shipper delivery was a little tricky, they do call to set up a delivery day/time), so keep an eye on expected delivery. Used the product a dozen times already, fits in my office.
