Works great. I'm 5'8" and I fit great in the thing. The product holds together and creates a solid sealed case. With no screws to come loose, the blue tooth speakers work great. I personally use rainforest sounds while im in there. The controls are easy to use. The bench seat is great. The floor heater will need to be cleaned as it gets sweat falling all over it. There is not much room to adjust once inside but I am good with that. I set it up in my garage and it fits perfectly. I was absolute floored that this sauna can be put together without the use of a single tool. The panels slide and lock together and the wiring and consoles (and speakers) are pre-installed. It is more of a two-person job because of the lifting and balancing of the panels but this sauna can be put together and running in 30 minutes or less. As far as operations, works perfectly. Gets up to 140 in 10 minutes or so. It is a one-person sauna so if you are on the taller/bigger side, it could be a little cramped. Other than that, totally exceeded my expectations. I bought the mini 1 person infrared sauna and its simply amazing. I was worried about it not getting hot enough but after 2 uses, that worry gone. Super easy to put together with zero tools! This has been a wonderful addition to our yoga studio. Works like it should. Had a lot of trouble with the delivery which was not the seller fault. It’s come in 3 pieces. When it was shipped 1 piece came but not the other 2, they should have been saran wrap together. They were marked boxed 1of 3 2of 3 and 3 of 3 delivery should have seen theboxes. We waited and waited. Seller had to deal with the shipping company. This took a month before the shipping company finally said they couldn’t fine the missing 2 boxes. Seller sends out the 2 missing packages they both come but one box with the door of course is broken. It’s so broke that tiny little piece of glass is falling out of the corners. Again not the seller it’s the driver company that mishandled the package. The seller was fantastic working with me each time trying to fix this problem they set me 2 back rests for the boxes not being delivered all 3 together then when it came broken the took $500 of my bill. ... show more

Great single person sauna. Temp get's up to 140, and will give you a really good sweat! I highly recommend it. 1-6-24 Update: Dropping a star because you have to manually keep an eye on the temp. It will never stay hot the entire time for you. This is still a great sauna, but it has some type of safety mechanism that drops the temp once it hits 140. It is a bit annoying that you have to babysit the tempeture. I found out that the best way to keep the temperture up is turning it off and on again in 10 to 15 min intervals. If you don't do this you will watch and feel the temp drop. ... show more
