I will be returning this product and hope to get a full refund. I was missing the instructions, water tube and floor mat . It came dirty and used with yellow stains and dirt stains . I am very disappointed and looked forward to a great water day for the kids during my house warming party.

I do like this bounce house. This is my second bounce house I purchased this summer and overall it's pretty nice. My kids don't tend to run to this one quite as much anymore but it's very pretty and pretty cool! The pros for this are the beautiful white color as well as the awesome misting hose that easily attaches! The ballpit or swimming area is also a really cool feature and it was very fun for the kids! The cons for this as others stated are that it gets very very dirty easily and hard to wipe off. It does come with a tarp which I am so so so thankful for but sometimes when you forget the grass gets wet, kids get wet and mud gets on the bounce house. The pool section if used as a pool also gets dirty easily with the running in and out constantly. Also the bounce house itself and jumping area is quite small. My three kids barely fit together and usually have to only bounce one at a time. For reference my other one can fit all 6 of my kids without any problems. Lastly, the pump is nice but it is a lower watt (I can't remember the term but the power it puts out is about half what other bounce houses come with) Overall though my kids still love it, the water features are fun and it's very pretty! I'd say the pros outweigh the cons and the fun the kids have definitely do as well! ... show more

    • Easy to stain! Hard to clean!
Do not purchase! It stains at the slightest touch!!! Cleaning is the most difficult and tedious process! You will scrub for an eternity and the dirt stains remain! I’ve tried oxy master, washing soap, bleach, magic eraser and absolutely nothing lifts dirt stains completely!

We live in AZ and have two kids with summer birthdays. This was perfect to blow up inside the house as a ball pit and slide. Was perfect for the party. And random play days. Easy to fold up and put away, but best of you have two pairs of hands.
