This pillow is both soft and sturdy without sacrificing too much on either front. It can hold up to weight plenty fine without worrying about any air escaping. The velvet material on the outside is machine washable which is a huge plus! We have used this both as a solo pillow and for both of us and it works great! The suction cup base is only going to be as good as the suction cup on the toy, so you should know what you are in for. The other side with the "pocket" is great for holding toys but you are only going to be able to use battery powered ones. The major flaw for me in this pillow is the deflation. If you don't get the inflation amount exactly right it is difficult to deflate during any sort of activity. Even during cleanup deflating the pillow is very tedious and takes a couple of minutes of constantly working at it to deflate. My other inflatable pillow is much easier to inflate and deflate but otherwise I like this one better! ... show more

When I ordered this I thought it would mostly be good as a laugh but there’s actually some good utility to it. On one side is a deep pocket that could hold a wand style vibrator or possibly other items. I think it’s too narrow for some suggestions like a flashlight shaped device, but could work for other things. On the other side and what I think gives this some real utility is the four inch circle for attaching suction cup based objects.
