So.....after initially reporting how amazing this hot tub is, yeah, not so much. For the 4 months that the heater worked, it was amazing! Then the heater just stopped. We only used the heater 2, maybe 3, days a week. After haggling with customer service back and forth, for a week straight, they sent out a whole internal replacement system. Thankfully it was easy for my husband to take out the old and put in the new. Customer service sent us a video on how to do so. HOWEVER, after draining our hot tub and refilling it, setting the heater to 102, the next morning the temperature was at 82 degrees. Would heat up a few degrees, then drop back down. The replacement they sent didn't even work from the start! Here I go again with customer service...I do have to say they are very responsive and were very friendly. After reaching out after the replacement was sent and it didn't work they gave me two options. 1. to keep sending me new parts. 2. to refund 1/2 of the purchase price. I took the refund after looking up videos online of people having problems with inflatable hot tub heaters going out. I found that people are buying immersion heaters and using them. So, my husband and I found a 2,000 watt immersion heater here on Amazon for around $40. We snagged it and it works! I'd say better than the heater that came with the hot tub. It took 12 hours to get our hot tub to 102 degrees with the immersion heater, it took the hot tub heater 24 hours-or more, depending on how cold it was outside. Not to mention that almost EVERY hot tub that had a video on the heaters going out were RELXTIME hot tubs!! Although customer service was very responsive and offered me a couple options, I am highly disappointed in this product. It has to potential to be something great if the company works out the bugs. I now would not recommend this product. The heater will fail. My husband and I are so glad that we purchased this hot tub! It was easy to assemble and works like a champ. The heater works perfectly. We're in northern IL and it has been chilly here. I do notice that you need to be patient with the heater. We set it to 102 and it took about a day and a half to get there. Once there the temperature is consistent. No complaints from us. You have to remember this is not a hard hot tub. It will not perform like one and heat up as fast! For the money this tub is very high quality and comes with many more accessories than other more expensive tubs like it. The only accessories I had to buy separately was the mat that goes under it, a chlorine float and of course the chemicals. The filters are doing a great job and the water has been crystal clear!! I highly recommend this hot tub and am very happy with it! Also, customer service has reached out to me twice already. Just to make sure we are happy with our purchase and to let us know if we have any trouble to contact them. All around great!! ... show more

We were sent the wrong size at first but the customer service was exceptional and they allowed us to return the item and refunded us so we could reorder the correct one (we wanted the large size and were sent the smaller one). Once we set it up it and filled it up, it took about a day for the water to warm up to 85 (out of the hose the water comes out around ~60 degrees) due to this running on a regular household outlet obviously it doesnt have the same heat capacity as a legit hot tub. If you have an outdoor outlet and can leave it plugged in all the time i can almost guarantee it would stay at whatever temp you set it to without issues. We dont have an outdoor outlet so we have to plug it into extension cord going in the house and unplug after using so this contributes to the extended time it takes to warm up. We have been able to get it up to 100 degrees in one day after plugging it in around 10/11am and letting it run all day heating up from atmospheric temp (michigan mornings in august are in the mid 70s). During the day it’s a heated pool and by night it’s perfect jacuzzi temp! I love this thing. The bubbles are amazing and massage your back on the way up. The seats start to float a bit but arent too problematic. Not sure how long it will last but we have been taking care of it. Leave cover on while heating and not in use!!! Also we have gotten about 2/3 days out of the water using it everyday before it gets cloudy. This is even after shocking the hot tub hours before getting in so keep in mind your water bill may go up. I definitely love this thing for comfort more than the other one I had.. this one was a lot easier to put together than the other one we had the first time.. BUT , definitely a little tricky when something pokey is around or the lovely cat outside.. had a he put in it the first night I used it 😆.. but its in we patched it and it is fine and I love it... tyvm ... show more
