I love the grey color! I am 5'7" and 200# and this chair fits perfectly. It would be too small for a larger person. So far no scratches from my 2 small dogs jumping up on it. I would buy again. Everything works, and it came in one box. My delivery man actually brought it into my house! It assembled easily, and I'm a senior woman! No tools needed. The arms need to be put into the little holes then 'pulled forward' to lock them so they are not wobbly. Addendum: I had a couple questions about the wiring, and messaged them, and they responded immediately. 4 weeks using this chair daily. I am still happy with it. Great customer Service. ... show more

The chair itself is everything I could want and was very easy to assemble. As an ordinary person the controls give me everything I want as well. To my aged partner with mobility and cognitive disabilities the controls present a particular challenge as two of the four buttons have dual purposes depending on the chair's position. When the footrest is completely retracted the button used switches to lifting the back of the chair, which has already deposited my partner on the floor on one occasion. Ideally the control wand would have six buttons rather than four, making the chair's operation completely unambiguous. In one or two weeks I hope I have my partner fully trained on its operation.
