I babysit my infant grandson on weekdays. I had bought a nice jogging stroller, but he is still a bit small to fill in the width of the stroller. I got the Twievo Infant Car Seat Insert for the jogging stroller to provide padding along the sides and it is perfect. My grandson is large for his 2.5 months of age, so he needed minimal padding. It was mostly for his head that I wanted the insert. The insert is just enough padding for his head when he dozes off to sleep in the stroller. I like that the head pad piece is adjustable in length for baby's growth. It provides a good amount of support without being constricting. It is well made.
