The phone case somehow cracked within a couple weeks of use. I didn't see it happening in the moment, but one day I noticed that the upper-left corner of the phone case was cracked. The hard shell that has on the outside broke and has a huge hole that shows the rubber part of the inside. Not only it makes it less safe for my phone, but it also looks terrible.     • you can fling your phone, not break your phone
I drop my phones a lot. When I fell a week ago I accidentally threw the phone across the room. Nothing broke, not the lens cover, not the screen, and not the body. The case saved me hundreds of dollars by not having to buy a new phone. I'm glad I had it.

Amazon customer service did nothing to facilitate the return.. They just blamed it on someone else! They are so big, they could move mountains but when the customer wants some satisfaction, it's somebody else's fault!

    • Incipio Lifetime Warranty has a lot of fine print
I bought this case from Incipio. It's supposed to offer 15 ft drop protection. However, I dropped my phone from waist height and the case broke in the corner. I submitted a warranty claim to Incipio and their response was to try to charge me an $8 fee and send me a different color case than the one I originally had. Considering I can find older Incipio cases on Amazon for close to $8 and other brand cases for the pixel 6 for around $15, I'm really put off by this. If you're buying this product for the 15 foot drop protection and lifetime warranty, you might want to look elsewhere. ... show more
