Description

Here at Inaba, we know that your cat is a beloved member of your family. That's why each of our Churu Lickable Creamy Purée Natural Cat Treats are made from high-quality, human-grade ingredients, including wild-caught tuna and farm-raised chicken. Since cats are not naturally drawn to water, we have made these a high-moisture, low calorie cat treat that your kitties will love. They contain 91% moisture and have only 6 calories per tube. That's a tenth of the calories of traditional dry cat treats and more than 1000 times the moisture (8% vs. 91% moisture). In addition, we've also added Taurine to help with their vision, digestions and heart health, as well as, Vitamin E for immunity and Green Tea Extract for its natural antioxidants. What they're missing? They're grain-free, preservative-free, carrageenan-free and free from artificial colors, making them a cat treat you can feel good about feeding. Designed to be hand fed, you can use to help calm the feistiest of outdoor ferals or treat your pampered indoor pussycat. They can be used a dry/canned cat food topper or to assist with giving medications. Available in 11 savory flavors (Tuna, Tuna with Chicken, Chicken, Tuna with Scallop, Chicken with Scallop, Tuna with Salmon, Chicken with Cheese, Chicken with Shrimp, Chicken with Crab, Tuna with Beef and Chicken with Beef), you'll be able to find a flavor that your kitty will crave no matter what stage of life they are (kitten to senior). • Irresistable
Flavor Name: Tuna and Chicken Variety
My cat loves these. If you need to hide meds, add a little incentive to their normal food, or just as a treat, they are great. He's a picky eater, but with these, he doesn't care what flavor it is. He goes after all of them equally. Very minor issue - and sometimes it's a benefit: the opening when you tear off the end isn't very big, not the full width of the tube. If you want to get it all out you need to pinch and run your fingers down the tube. It's beneficial for control when dispensing if you are putting it on other food or if you are only using a portion to bury a pill. You cant really re-close the tube, so if you are only using a portion, you'll need a snack or sandwich baggie. Will buy again when we run out. ... show more

  • A Feline Feast
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
My cats LOVE these. The share a treat every Sat. night and as soon as I say "Churu?" they both leap out of their nesting place and run over to me, follow me in the kitchen, and gleefully lap the Churu as I squeeze the tube into their mouths. It's as much fun to watch as for them to eat.

  • Great for shy foster kittens!
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
These are a little expensive but when are used to socialize kittens it’s worth the money. I use these to get my foster kittens that are not friendly towards people to be more social. I’ll start by putting the kitten in a purrito and petting it. After a few moments I’ll introduce the churu and the kitten will immediately snack away. This gives me the opportunity to pet the kitten and talk quietly, letting it associate a positive event with humans. Be warned, this is essentially kitten crack so offering one to a litter usually results in kitten attacks! 😂 They will grab you; they will jump on you; they will steal it right out of your hands. Don’t put the empty wrapper in the trash where they can get it because they will eat right through it to get the last bits. Make sure you store them in safe locations where the kittens cant access them since it does have a plastic pouch/ wrapper that they shouldn’t eat. And they will chew through it. Seriously, this is kitten crack but in a good way! ... show more

  • Go-Gurts For Cats
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
I don't know what they put in this stuff but my cats come falling over each other for these things. They know the sound of the lid unscrewing and are in the room before I can even tear one open. They're baby food-like consistency and we call them "Chloe-gurts" around here, because they remind me of those kid's yogurt snacks, and because I originally got them for my 22 year old lady, Chloe. She was bored with canned food and the crunchy food was making her a little constipated, and sometimes she would barf up the crunchies because she wasn't chewing them up enough. I saw these and thought, what a perfect amount for her. Man does she perk up for these things. They also might have extended her life because she was starting to get very thin and gaunt, and once I started getting these for her, she put on weight, her fur is healthier looking, and she has noticeably more energy. Unfortunately keeping them a secret from our other 2 cats was impossible and soon enough they were onto my and Chloe's covert feedings. I would give them to them all the time but the container is 40 bucks and they would go through them like nobody's business, plus they don't need to gain weight. I don't mind them eating what's left after Chloe is done, but this stuff has almost ruined them to canned cat food. All they want are these dang INABA tubes. The portion size is perfect for my little old lady but our one cat could easily put 5 or 6 of these away and look for more, and these are only supposed to be snacks, not a meal or replacement for a meal. In fact be careful how many you let them have in a day, I believe they are higher calorie and if you see your cat gaining weight and they don't need to, cut back a bit. Chloe gets 2-4 a day but only 1 or 2 for the other guys, because my youngest one is starting to look a little...thick. ... show more

  • Great for pilling a sick kitty.
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
My cat has some special needs. She had a UTI and I would coat her antibiotics in this goop. She still hated the pill, but would eagerly eat this goop, which I believe helped the pill go all the way down. She was also vomiting a lot (that's what happens when she has a UTI, I have learned). This treat is easy on her stomach, and she loves the taste. She ALSO is chronically constipated. My vet has her on Miralax every day, 1/8 tsp. I mix it into this treat, along with probiotics and a supplement for her arthritis in a little bowl, and she eats it every time. Wow, I had no idea I would be this kind of crazy cat lady, but here we are. Grab some of this fish / chicken goop, it's delicious for your sick / old kitty, and my vet uses it to give pills to other kitties as well. ... show more

  • Should really give it a one star for addiction
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
Warning: one squeezy tube causes addiction. If you have a fussy eater, mix this in with their food and problem solved. Our cats have loved every flavor we've tried and I have it on subscription to make sure we always have some.

  • Great for dry skin & tempting appetites of picky or sick cats
Flavor Name: Chicken Variety
Churu was recommended by our vets & they were so right! Our cats ADORE this, tho I give it in small bowls as being mugged by Maine Coons trying to get to their squeezy treat wouldn't be fun ... One of our wonderful boys has chronic dry skin & is frequently constipated (tries to use his box, runs thundering around the house & heads back to try the box etc.) - the Churu really helps with both issues. He gets half a tube daily & once in a while he gets the whole thing: it's not too rich for him at all although I wouldn't give a daily entire tube to a cat who didn't have both his size (15lbs) & his issues. Heck, he doesn't get that *every* day either! Our other sweet boy recently passed from cancer in his mouth. Like someone else said, the Churu helped us have a couple more good weeks with him. He was becoming exhausted by struggling to chew food; feeding Churu really helped stimulate his appetite to take in more of his balanced food (kitten kibble & canned food were also much easier for him.) There is no happy ending for oral fibrosarcomas in cats but at least our dearest boy had a reasonably happy final few weeks & a dignified, gentle ending. The Churu, outstanding vets & techs, and medication all played a significant role & I deeply appreciate all of those. Best wishes to you & your dearest fur people. ... show more
