I needed a new case for my I-phone 6s and after looking at several options, I ordered two different brands to try. This one was the hands-down winner. The case is very slender but durable; the buttons are easy to push. You can tell it provides very good protection. If there is one downside, and it's minor, is that the back of the case is metal, so it's a bit heavier than just a plain plastic case. But if you're looking for a slender case, with lots of protection, and doesn't have (or need) a plastic cover for the screen, I would definitely recommend this one. ... show more

ImpactStrong for iPhone 6 / iPhone 6s is quite strong. Looks like it should last a lifetime. What I do not like is the feel of it in my hand, I may be a bit picky here, but the case has a slicker feel and it has some edges that I find uncomfortable. It does not keep me from using it though.

I really like the appearance and feel of this case. It feels sturdy and protective, and has a high-tech armored appearance with a plastic back that looks metallic, but might absorb shock better because it's a polymer. The case covers the volume buttons with secondary buttons integrated into the case, so you have to press a little harder, but they still work well. Other phone features are readily accessible. I like the way the opening over the Apple logo on the phone shows how thick the case is, so you can appreciate how substantial it is. Even though it is relatively thick, it's still slightly slimmer than the soft polymer case I had on my LG G2, which had a very streamlined appearance. The raised lip over the screen seems to be a little lower than that other case, but I think it is still high enough to protect against dropping on most hard surfaces, if you don't have a screen protector. I dropped my G2 onto an asphalt parking lot without an additional screen covering, and the lip prevented any screen cracks or scratches. Although I went 2 years without a screen protector on that phone and sustained no damages, I may still add a screen protector to this one. I want to do all I can to keep this phone looking beautiful. The case increases the weight of the phone about 50 percent, so no more sleek, lightweight aluminum art slab in your hand, but I'm happy with the transformation. It's a different kind of art, less subtle but still appealing. Another reviewer said it looked like a "guy case" and I think that's right. Looks like a piece of military gear. Seems to be a sturdy enough case for an older phone. It’s holding up well. The corners are a bit bulky, but functional and there are some rough angles on the bottom portion where charger and earplug receptacle and speaker are, but everything is also easily accessible because of the design. The only other real issue is if you’ve got big hands/fingers, the ringer off button is kind hard to reposition, but that’s the case with most cases, so I won’t get on anyones case about it. ... show more

I'm not one to upgrade my iPhone with every new release; and I prefer the 6S as it is the last release since moving to a larger size. (I like it to fit nicely in my back pocket.) So, when my old case finally began to look a little ragged and the button openings were tearing, it was time to purchase a new case.
