Putting it together was super easy, and installing the program software too. I have had it 2 weeks now and still can’t learn the program. I searched youtube videos and follow the steps yet nothing is accomplished. If you are not very programs savy, I would NOT recommend this. Back to Cricut engraving 🤷🏻♀️ ... show more

I am new to this and learning. But so far it works okay. But customer service and questions not being answered makes it a bit hard to give it 4 or more stars.

It works however, the software only allows you to etch not create. So if you purchase this item your going to need software to work with this item.
