I ended up returning this. I bought this because it was compact, reasonably priced, and from the reviews looked as though it performed well. However, there were a lot of issues with this label maker! To start with, I was having trouble getting it to connect to bluetooth. Even though it showed it was connected on my phone, the app wasn’t recognizing the device. I went through all the steps to connect and even the trouble shooting steps, but it was not always connecting. Toward the end, I couldn’t get it to connect at all. The next problem I had was when I did get it to connect, it wasn’t printing properly, I had a bunch of “gibberish” print when I selected to print more than one label at a time. Additionally, the machine kept printing even though it reached the number I had put in to print. Also, the text wasn’t aligning correctly. I made certain the correct label size was added and tried to work with the alignment feature. However, it still wasn’t printing them according to the print preview. Although I’m not a professional at working with designing labels. I do have a bit more than just basic knowledge, because I’ve designed labels and worked with Microsoft word doing formatting before (took a class). This label maker, the app, or a combination of both was not functioning properly. I ended up getting another label maker (Nimbot) and this one works perfectly. I would not recommend this label maker! The customization aspect is difficult to use, it is hard to resize and shape things the way you want it. Centering the text or photos in the printer is very difficult and I never figured it out. -kiazi

    • great aid for teachers
My friend has been using this to label lots of items in her classroom. It's a bilingual class so the labels are a great teaching aid. App is easy to use and the ability to print graphics & pictures makes the labels even better. The capability to print labels of different sizes is great as well.

I like the compact size of this label maker but I will be looking for a different one due to the reasons below: 1) The app is difficult to navigate and not all functions work. For example I used the "number of copies" feature to print several labels at a time. It printed 1 and then it started printing jumbled stuff and wouldn't stop. Wasted about 20 labels. I purchased this because I wanted something to print address labels, despite it having the size large enough to print a full-size address label, it will not allow it to be printed. It only prints one line of text and nothing else and you are not able to make any changes to the size of the label or area of text. This junk is totally useless for anything. ... show more
