Before I was sleeping on a 10-20yr old mattress. That and fibromyalgia left me cropping out of bed in the morning. Not with this gem! It hurts NONE of my pressure points which I thought impossible. It relieves my snoring with the snore position and when it gets really bad, I turn on the massage. Let me tell you, best feeling ever! Some balm and the massage setting is all I need to feel better. The different settings of massage are great too. The zero gravity helps my back and I am overjoyed. The only downside was that it took a long time to get here. awesome bed! We love everything about it. was pleasantly surprised to not even have a "break-in" period, or adjustment. comfy from the get-go. love love love adjustment and massage, under bed light and construction. VERY comfy. VERY well made except the legs could have been metal instead of poly tubbing, but still sturdy. Beautiful mattress material. only drawback is that the bases are extremely heavy, like 106 pounds and def need two men to carry upstairs. mattresses were light and myself and my husband was able to get them upstairs. Great bed. happy to get it so far!! love the warranty and try-out period offers. you won't regret it, as I sure don't. have had them only a week and love them ... show more

I was given a previously used mattress. The shipper wanted about $800 to return an used item. The reason the stitches were all loose was because it was cleaned between customers who sent it back. Probably the most uncomfortable bed I ever slept on. Found these bed all over the place at a much lower price. The mattress is a piece of junk. Stitching were coming out upon opening the box. I’m going to buy a new mattress for it today. Found a bed very close to this for under $900. Worst bed i have ever slept on. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I’m giving the mattress away for free. Not worth a penny. Whenever I sleep on the mattress I wake up in severe pain!!!! I should’ve checked out the company with the BBB prior to buying this be. BBB has several complaints about it. When I said I wanted to return the damaged mattress they wanted to charge me almost $900 for shipping, when they sent a used damaged mattress. Amazon said they have my back. I have another one that was 1/3 the cost and it’s amazing ... show more

I have to be honest and say that I didn't expect this bed to be as awesome as it described it was, but to my husband and myself, we were incredibly pleased with the bed. It is truly amazing. It is so comfortable with just perfect firmness, not too firm and not too soft. It adjusts into many different positions, and the massage is such a bonus. My husband kept me awake with his t-rex,chainsaw, demon snore sounds, until the first night we slept in our new bed, and just like magic, the snore position changed the horrendous noise he had always made. If I had any idea that this bed was magic, we would have bought it years ago. We couldn't be happier with this bed. In 30 years of marriage, I've never been happier. ... show more

We tried to return the mattress after a few weeks and were told we had to wait till we hit 60 days. Then we missed the window on the return and have been using it for a year. The bed frame works great, but the mattress really hurts my back. Would not recommend the mattress. If you can get just the frame and find a better mattress I would go that way. ... show more

Well, ok, I bought it for our dogs AND my husband. It goes like this. My husband is a big guy. He’s 6’2” and 325 lbs. I’m not tiny myself; 5’6” and 200 lbs of sturdy farm girl. My guns have guns. He’s used to a waterbed, I’m used to getting bounced off a waterbed. We also have to dogs; half Border Collie, half Great Pyrenees litter mates. So cute. So fluffy. So obnoxious. Why would you cross the smartest dog in the world with the stubbornest dog in the world? Anyway. Now we live with huge, hairy ‘teen agers’ for the next 15 years. And they kindly allow us to share sleeping space with them. Don’t give me any of that BS about how bad it is to let your dogs sleep with you, and don’t judge me. It ain’t gunna change. It’s time to get a new bed situation. We are entitled enough that our bedroom is pretty big. I think it used to be a garage. For seriously. After much extensive and thorough research, a Consumer’s Report subscription, battling two big dogs for space and blankets, and watching them loll about on their backs without a care in the world for our needs, I decided to go for a bigger than cali king bed. As we canNOT afford an Alaska King, or all the sheets n stuff to go on it, I settled on two of these queens.Saved and saved, and finally got the first one. The second one will follow when I’ve saved for it. So I rotated the head and footboards, (yes, I realize a King won’t fit a Queen. Or two queens. Shoosh. I have a plan.), moved the drawers, and pulled the trigger on ordering the first set. For him, uh, I mean the dogs. The firm version with the extra coils along the sides. And the vibrating adjustable frame. It arrived ahead of schedule. Yay! Then the delivery driver tried to cajole me into letting them do the install. For a mere $450. Boo! Uh, no. I know I look like a disheveled old lady, because I am, but I can assemble a bed frame. Even a fancy one. I didn’t let his talk of fancy computer connections skur me. T’ain’t nuthin I haven’t done before. Also, I saw HIS price on his phone for this set up; $1449! How do I get that offer on the next one? Guys, this thing is heavy AF!!! Like, VW Bug heavy! I had to wait for the hubs to help move it the half mile through the house to the bed room. (Also looks like garages, strung together. Has that uh, ‘industrial’ look…) but once there, it was super easy! Screw the legs on, find the plug, and (get help) flip it over! Plop the mattress on top, sheet it, and go! First, I love it. He loves it. The dogs love it. The cat loves it! It’s neat. It has a remote! And lights under it! The head goes up. The feet too! And it all vibrates. Everyone but me is out in minutes. (Because I have ADHD, so, things n stuffs.) But there are cons. Besides the delivery guy. Ha! It isn’t as motion transference free as advertised. And while it doesn’t have a big divot in it, (yet?) when he lays down every me, dog, and cat gets slightly bounced, and rolls into his gravity well. But as mentioned I plan to get a second one for me. And whatever dog I can coax away from the beast master. I’ll keep you updated… ... show more
