I was referred to this tape by an iMac repair procedure that I found online. I'm very happy to have discovered it, because it's great for reattaching many things used in computers as well. I'd probably get even more use out of it if I repaired cell phones and tablets (I pointedly avoid those), but this tape has been worked great one touch screen so far, plus several internal parts that were originally mounted with adhesive rather than screw fasteners. My only gripe is that it's a little too hard to remove the plastic strip from the adhesive on the outer-facing side of the tape. ... show more

I used this tape to adhere a bezel to a LCD screen on a laptop. It did a great job. I was very careful and used tweezers and small tools and I think that made it easy to remove the backing. The bezel went on great and stayed in place. Stuck real well. I dropped a small piece of the tape on my carpet and it adhered real well there also. I had to ultimately cut it out. I have used Scotch brand double sided tapes before and they are not as consistent with the coatings. The purpose is different and they both do their job well. Excellent product. ... show more

I used to use this kind of tape for sticking beads to frames and pens and other items. I thought I would show my kids this fun craft. This tape is thin and weak. The beads wouldn't stay on for more than 10 seconds. Maybe it is good for putting pieces of paper together, but there are far less expensive and easier to use options for that, so I really don't see the purpose of this tape. I use this tape to “tip in” inserts/decorative paper to my bullet journal. The adhesive is extremely strong and will not move once placed onto the page. The width is the smallest I can find and doesn’t affect how flat a page lays too badly. The tape is clear with red backing that makes it super easy to line up exactly where I want it to go. The backing comes off fairly easily with a little coaxing. I will be continuing to purchase this tape unless I can find some that is even skinnier. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I needed a quick solution to tape together two pieces of acrylic for a custom GPU (an RTX 3080 Master graphics card) backplate. I couldn't use Weldon because the inside of one of the acrylic plates was painted and laser etched so the glue would instantly destroy the paint. I needed the dual-sided tape to be thin as possible and not too wide, as well as be clear. And I needed it ASAP to meet a build deadline. I took a chance and got this tape. I ordered it around 4PM and got it delivered at 4:30AM the next morning! Wow! (Would have received it by 8PM the same night if I would have ordered it a few minutes earlier.) It worked perfectly! I tested the tape on some small sample pieces of spray-painted acrylic. No problems with the paint. I was able to remove the tape and adjust it on the samples without messing up the paint! It has held together the pieces of acrylic perfectly without creating any gaps in-between the layers and is standing up to the heat created by the GPU. The RGB light shining through the acrylic does not show the tape edges. I also like the fact that the protective red peelback layers are easy to remove when needed but stay on until ready to be removed for taping. I also used this tape to attach the RGB light strip to the back end of the acrylic plates without any issues. Great product! Wish there was more if it on the roll for the price. But it worked like a charm in a pinch and helped me successfully complete the project! ... show more

I have wired Ring cameras, but the wiring looked messy, so I purchased this to stick the wires down to my wall. It worked AMAZING for all of my indoor cameras. Strong adhesive for the twists and turns of the wiring, but didn’t take the paint off the walls when I needed to remove tape during a mistake.     • Excellant adhesion to foam backed fabric, headliner, to plastic forms.

Used the iCraft SUPERTAPE to secure foam backed flat knit polyester fabric, headliner, to plastic pillar trim forms. Didn't know if the double sided tape would adhere to the foam backed fabric to the plastic forms. The forms have creases , bends and turns along with the cell structure of the foam it was a shot in the dark. The price was right and worth a try. The Supertape secured the foam backed fabric wrapped over and around the plastic forms just as well as the upholstery glue without the associated mess created with the upholstery glue. Had precision edges with significant bends and turns, the iCraft Supertape worked better than expected and securing the foam backed fabric very well. ... show more
