I didn't read the entire description, I thought I was buying an actual Samsung phone. Doesn't transfer all files and haven't used it because of that. Waste of money.

I can not download certain apps because they're not compatible, including Amazon. Every time I open FB messenger from the FB app, the same ad pops up and can't remove it until it's finished. I have tried several protective phone cases, that the item description said would fit, and they don't. It also said it was compatible with my phone carrier and it is working, but when I typed the IMEI # in to verify it would, it said it's not compatible. I also have not added anything to the extra SIM card for storage and it's reading it's corrupted. Scared the phone is hacked with spyware before it was even activated. Maybe it would work well for people in other countries, but not the U.S. ... show more

Phone specs are completely bogus, they took it an old phone guts and put inside a Samsung Galaxy s24 cloned body. This is running Oreo 8 not Android 13. It's running a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 quad core, not an octacore, has 3GB of memory not 6GB, and the internal storage was 54GB, not 128GB. The display was 720x1560. I purchased on August 4th, received August 6th, returned August 7th and I'm not scheduled to receive a refund until September 12th. Never buy a phone on Amazon. ... show more

I couldn't upload some basic apps on to the phone..like the Amazon app😄. The sound quality was poor. It started overheating on the 3rd day so I had to return it. In my opinion,....keep looking else where for a better quality & reliable android!!!

This is a really nice phone. Looks and feels like one of those really expensive phones without the heftier price tag. I like the performance and the navigation is really easy if you're not very tech savvy like myself

I'll give it 1 star b/c I had trouble with sim card and the volume it's low on calls. You can't download certain apps and I had to buy another sim card my old sim card doesn't work with this phone. My old number transfered. Don't buy this phone save your money.
