Let's just say its a value item. So if you had a young child lets say 12 and you got them a new phone. Its good for that. Some things didn't work like car play. However the phone works and you cant compare it to a 1000 dollar phone. As far as the look and feel. It works. Is just my own personal opinion. But you can't compare it to apples to apples its a great value if you are on a low budget and need a backup or an emergency in the drawer or kids first phone.
