This phone started with problems right from the box. The main issue is it immediately started to shut off and turn back on repeatedly. The tones are very poor sounding. From a distance its a cute phone but close up its a cheap phone. The front facing camera takes up a big space so you can't see most of your notifications. An hour into trying to set it up it started shutting down. Now its in its original packaging waiting to be returned...still shutting off and turning back on. The phone is cute, the picture quality is not good, you can barely hear your calls. It does not automatically connect even after you have sync it to whatever device. I really would like a refund to be honest. I'm not happy with this phone at all. Oh, some of my apps do not work with this phone. I got a text message the day after I setup the phone letting me know that the phone would be locked in 10 days. I tried to install the digital wallet and it said the phone is lacking something inside to communicate via Bluetooth so the phone also has no Bluetooth. Terrible product.
