My friend recommended this toner for me (I have normal to dry skin) and I have been using it for 2 weeks or so, but I'm still working on the discipline of applying it every day. I've used it about every other day on average, followed by a new retinol product I got too. So far I like the milk toner a lot. So I don’t know if it’s this or the sunscreen or a combo of the 2 but literally within a week use I started getting compliments from my family. As an older woman, I have dry skin. Several years ago I started using Neutrogena Hydro Boost water cream moisturizer to my face 2X a day after cleansing/exfoliating with a simple washcloth and I noticed a huge difference. Then I learned about serums, and started applying the Hydro Boost hyaluronic acid serum to my face before the facial cream, and again noticed an improvement in my skin. I recently read about incorporating a toner into my regimen. I don’t want to spend a lot of money on products, so I tried this Rice Toner from “I’m From” and WOW! I apply it with my fingers all over my face and neck before the serum. It smoothes out my skin and seems to help the absorption of the serum and water cream. It isn’t sticky and dries quickly. This product comes in sealed plastic bottle. The product itself is lightweight, if you have really dry skin, I’ve watched videos of people double layering it. I’ve only used it once and immediately like it. It absorbed into my skin well and instantly gave me that glassy look. I’m interested to see how it will affect my skin over time. I’ve been using this product for a few weeks now, as you can see by the photo. I really was trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but I really felt like it wasn’t doing much for me. It wasn’t drying my skin out, but it wasn’t leaving me feeling hydrated either. And that’s something I expected from this based on reviews, and something I need for my dry skin. I’ve also noticed if I get this on my eyelids or under eyes, it stings. Not enough to be truly irritating but does become a nuisance with every day twice a day usage.
